Who attends the Gala?
Current and former BWTC parents, directors, patrons, and friends. While our youth actors perform throughout the evening, the gala dinner/program is an adult-only event.
What about COVID-19?
Based on current rates of transmission of Covid-19 in our community, attendees will be required to wear masks at the gala when not actively eating or drinking. We also request that all attendees are fully vaccinated. Thank you for considering and caring for all in our Blue Water community!
Will there be food served?
Yes, you will have your choice of chicken, fish or vegetarian meal options, plus lovely petite desserts and coffee.
Is there going to be a bar?
Yes. There is a cash bar. You will also receive one complimentary drink ticket with each ticket purchase.
Can I use my credit card for auction items I purchase?
Yes. We will accept credit cards at checkout. However, please note that using a credit card will result in an additional processing fee.
How should I dress?
Dressy Casual!
How much are tickets?
Tickets are $75 per person, and $150 for a couple. Gather together a group of 8 and we will reserve a table for you for $600.00 so you can sit together. You will be contacted prior to the event to confirm your guests and their meal choices.
I will not be able to attend the event. Can I still make a donation?
Absolutely!
