All Blue Water student actors and class participants must turn in a completed health/medical record form. Forms need to be updated at the beginning of each school year, but do not have to be duplicated for subsequent shows during the same school year.

Scholarship Application
It is important to us that we give as many students an opportunity to take part in our programming as we possibly can. To that end, we offer partial and full scholarships. Students and families who wish to be considered for a scholarship must download and fill out the scholarship application for each show or class for which they are seeking assistance. Send your completed application to lela.olson@bluewatertheatre.com within 1 week of the posting of the cast list for a show or before registering for a class. Applications received after that time may not be able to be considered.
