IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR ALL TICKET BUYERS:
When ordering tickets online, you should always look for an email confirmation from our ticket vendor (Vendini) to arrive in your email inbox immediately following the placement of your order. If you do not receive that email confirmation, please contact Charlie either by texting 763-232-1025 (no phone calls please) or emailing email@example.com. If you do not receive that email confirmation, it’s possible that your order was not completed accurately, and you have not actually secured your seats.
We have several options for accessible seating. In order to serve you best, if you are planning to attend a show — and require special seating accommodations — for the best and most reliable service please call us at least 24 hours in advance at 952-855-9147.
Due to the style of our theatre, we are not able to accommodate late arrivals. In order to take their seats, the audience must walk directly across the stage. Obviously, once the show has started, that isn’t possible. Latecomers will not be admitted until intermission — no exceptions. Refunds are not available if you do not arrive on time.
There is no parking on site at BWTC, but there is plenty of street parking available on the blocks surrounding our building. In addition, the parking lot across the street from us at city hall & the library is often available during our performance hours. Please do not park at St. Bart’s Church.
While the architectural “main entrance” to our building is off of Rice Street, we use the back door as our “main” entrance. The entrance can be accessed up the driveway on the north side of the building off of Walker Avenue. Come up the deck, and you will emerge right into the lobby of the theatre!
