IMPORTANT NOTICE ABOUT UPCOMING SHOWS:
Tickets for Follies are now on sale.
With the capacity limits and social distancing requirements being relaxed as of May 28, we are selling the theatre to full capacity.
For now, audience members will be required to wear face masks the entire time they are in the building — with no exceptions — regardless of vaccine status. This is for the comfort of all the guests, especially since social distancing is being eliminated. Concessions will not be sold, so that guests have no reason to remove their masks.
Actors may be unmasked during some or all of the production, in accordance with current guidelines.
Please contact Charlie Leonard if you have any questions or concerns.
We have several options for accessible seating. In order to serve you best, if you are planning to attend a show — and require special seating accommodations — for the best and most reliable service please call us at least 24 hours in advance at 952-855-9147.
Due to the style of our theatre, we are not able to accommodate late arrivals. In order to take their seats, the audience must walk directly across the stage. Obviously, once the show has started, that isn’t possible. Latecomers will not be admitted until intermission — no exceptions. Refunds are not available if you do not arrive on time.
There is no parking on site at BWTC, but there is plenty of street parking available on the blocks surrounding our building. In addition, the parking lot across the street from us at city hall & the library is often available during our performance hours. Please do not park at St. Bart’s Church.
While the architectural “main entrance” to our building is off of Rice Street, we use the back door as our “main” entrance. The entrance can be accessed up the driveway on the north side of the building off of Walker Avenue. Come up the deck, and you will emerge right into the lobby of the theatre!
