IMPORTANT NOTICE ABOUT UPCOMING SHOWS:
Tickets for The Haunting of Hill House and The Hound of the Baskervilles are now on sale. Please note that due to COVID-19 restrictions, seating for all performances will be VERY limited.
Tickets will be sold as general admission, but seating will be assigned by the box office staff to best accommodate social distancing guidelines. Guests will be shown to their seats upon their arrival. If you have any mobility concerns that require special seating, please contact Charlie Leonard prior to purchasing your tickets.
Audience members will be required to wear face masks the entire time they are in the building — with no exceptions. Concessions will not be sold, so that guests have no reason to remove their masks.
As of October 18, the state guidelines on masking make an exemption for performers during actual performances. Both The Haunting of Hill House and The Hound of the Baskervilles have been rehearsing with masks, with the intention of performing without them. However, a final decision on their use has not been made. Please be aware that it is very possible — likely, in fact — that you may be purchasing a ticket to an even where the performers are not wearing masks.
We have several options for accessible seating. In order to serve you best, if you are planning to attend a show — and require special seating accommodations — for the best and most reliable service please call us at least 24 hours in advance at 952-855-9147.
Due to the style of our theatre, we are not able to accommodate late arrivals. In order to take their seats, the audience must walk directly across the stage. Obviously, once the show has started, that isn’t possible. Latecomers will not be admitted until intermission — no exceptions. Refunds are not available if you do not arrive on time.
There is no parking on site at BWTC, but there is plenty of street parking available on the blocks surrounding our building. In addition, the parking lot across the street from us at city hall & the library is often available during our performance hours. Please do not park at St. Bart’s Church.
While the architectural “main entrance” to our building is off of Rice Street, we use the back door as our “main” entrance. The entrance can be accessed up the driveway on the north side of the building off of Walker Avenue. Come up the deck, and you will emerge right into the lobby of the theatre!
