IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR ALL TICKET BUYERS:
When ordering tickets online, you should always look for an email confirmation from our ticket vendor (Vendini) to arrive in your email inbox immediately following the placement of your order. If you do not receive that email confirmation, please contact Charlie either by texting 763-232-1025 (no phone calls please) or emailing email@example.com. If you do not receive that email confirmation, it’s possible that your order was not completed accurately, and you have not actually secured your seats.
Same-Day Ticket Sales
Online sales for a particular performance generally end several hours prior to that performance’s start time in order to allow our staff time to process the tickets. If you come online to purchase same-day tickets, please make certain that the date for which you are intending to purchase is still available, as the ticketing system may default to the following day’s performance.
Remaining same-day tickets generally go on sale at the door beginning one hour prior to curtain. In the event of a sell-out, a notice will be posted on our Facebook page.
The theaters in which we perform all contain different options for handicapped seating. If you are planning to attend a show — and require special seating accommodations — for the best and most reliable service, please call us at least 24 hours in advance at 952-855-9147.
